East Windsor Hill with red barn is always a challenge to shoot. Usually the field is full of grazing sheep and goats. And often Jack has waited for late day sun, only to lose his shot when a farmhand rings the dinner bell and the animals go racing off to the barn.
On this particular day, Jack captures the sense of snow falling by using a 1/15th of a second time exposure to streak the snowflakes. The animals are snug in the barn, while Jack freezes his toes waiting patiently behind the fence. |
